Peter Lucantoni has had a career spanning more than 30 years in English language teaching and teacher training in Europe and the Middle East. Since 1993 he has been based in Cyprus, where he ran his own language school and teacher training centre. Peter is the author and co-author of several popular coursebooks for students, including Cambridge IGCSE English as a Second Language and Introduction to English as a Second Language, both published by Cambridge University Press. He is a regular speaker at conferences in Europe and the Middle East, and trains teachers in the secondary and tertiary sectors in all areas of language teaching and learning. Peter is also a course tutor for CELTYL and CELTA, and works for Cambridge University Press as an educational consultant and teacher trainer.
