Cookies

In order to improve our website, and your experience of it, this site stores small amounts of information (called "cookies") on your computer.

Cookies are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to website owners. We collect this information in a way which does not personally identify visitors to this site.

Location information

In order to provide you with the correct catalogue, pricing and ordering information, we need to know which country you are browsing from. On your first visit to this site, we attempt geolocation using the IP-Country database from www.ip2location.com which only returns a country-level result, which is then stored in a cookie. This information does not identify you personally, or your location within that country. Your location country cookie can be overridden manually on the “Choose your country or region” page.

Shopping list contents

As you place items into your shopping list, we store the product ID and quantity of each item in a cookie so that your shopping list persists across multiple page requests.

Analytics

We use standard Google Analytics to track site and page visits. This allows us to recognise and count the number of site visitors and to see how they navigate around the site when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are able to find what they are looking for easily.

Social bookmarking

On some pages of the site we provide social bookmarking tools to allow you to share content via your own social media channels. This functionality is provided by a third-party provider, and may also use cookies over which we have no control.

Blocking Cookies

You can block cookies by activating the setting in your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies. If however you use your browser settings to block all cookies (including essential cookies) you may not be able to access some parts of, or our entire site.
