Individual customers

Individual customers from the UK, Europe, Middle East and North Africa regions can place their order online via credit card. Delivery to individual UK customers will be £3.50 per order; Europe, Middle East and North Africa regions may vary. Customers in other regions should contact their local sales representative for ordering, payment and delivery information.

Schools in the UK

Schools in the UK can use their shopping list to order directly from us using their school account details via their local sales representative. Schools in the UK can also place their order online via credit card. Delivery is free to UK schools, except credit card orders, where delivery is £3.50.

Schools in Europe, Middle East and North Africa

Schools can use their shopping list to order directly from us using their international school account via their local sales representative. Schools can also place their order online via credit card. Delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed by the sales representative before processing the order. If ordering via credit card, standard delivery is charged at £3.50 and priority delivery at £3.50 plus £3.50 per additional item.

Schools in North America and Canada

Schools can use their shopping list to order directly from us via their local sales representative. Schools can also place their order online via credit card. Delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed by your sales consultant before processing the order. If ordering via credit card, standard shipping and handling is charged at $6.50 for the first item plus $1.75 for each additional item. Expected delivery time for standard shipping is within 2 weeks.

Schools in the Rest of the World

Schools can use their shopping list to send their order to their local sales representative or Cambridge office, after which a representative will be in contact to help process the order. Delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed before processing the order.

Customers in North America

All prices are shown in US Dollar (USD) and are exclusive to the North America region only. 

For orders outside the UK and North America region, your local sales consultant will send you a revised quote in your local currency which you can confirm before the order is processed.
