How to order
Ordering from this website
Titles can be added to your shopping list as you browse through our catalogue on this site. Once you have collected all the titles you want, your order can be placed in a variety of ways depending on your location.
- UK schools can use their shopping list to order directly from us by using their school account or sending their order direct to their local sales representative. Schools in the UK can also place their order online via credit card.
- Schools in Europe, Middle East and North Africa can order directly via their international school account or local sales representative. Schools can also place their order online via credit card.
- Schools in North America and Canada can order directly via their local sales representative or can also place their order online via credit card.
- Schools in the rest of the world can send their shopping list to their local sales representative. A representative will then be in touch to help process the order at a local level.
- Individual customers from the UK, Europe, Middle East and North Africa regions can place their order online via credit card.

Evaluation Service
For Books
Book resources that can be adopted for class use are available on 30 days’ inspection. You have 30 days to evaluate each title, then either:
- keep it free if you order 15 or more copies
- pay for it, or
- return it in good condition.
To order approval copies contact your local Sales Consultant or Customer Services (see contact details above).
For CD-ROMs and Software
Software may be evaluated on 30 days’ approval. After 30 days titles may be either paid for, or returned in good condition. All approval copies will be sent with an invoice.

Please note: Inspection and/or approval copies cannot be sent to home addresses, and return postage is at your school’s own expense.
VAT
VAT will be charged at the UK Standard Rate on non-book items e.g. CD-ROMs, posters, audio CDs.
